I work to create a calm, safe, and supportive place for you in therapy — one where you never have to face challenges alone. My approach is relational, client-centered, and trauma-informed. I am also EMDR-trained and use this practice in my work with clients who have experienced trauma. I believe that true transformation begins when we feel understood.
